Standard Requirements for Booking |

Advertising:
LogHoggers will provide ad-slicks which must be used in all event advertising.
(Programs, flyers, newspaper ads, etc.) You will only need to add your auction
time, date, place and recipient of your auction money.
Signage: Event to supply at least one (1) banner
announcing auction, time, date place & recipient of proceeds. Banner to be
displayed at carving area.
Auction: Event furnishes auctioneer, spotters &
someone to take the money. Sculpture safety: All sculptures are property of your
event. Over-night storage or security deemed necessary by the event is the sole
responsibility of the event.
Space: 40 feet by 40 feet, as flat as possible,
shady areas preferred.
Electricity: Two 20 AMP outlets
Access: Full access to show area and parking passes
(at no charge) for up to 2 vehicles and 4 people.)
Hotel: One room with 2 beds for the entire run of
the contract, including one night prior and the night of the final day. Hotel
must be of national chain or better. ( Days Inn, Red Roof Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.
Logs: Each demonstration will require one 4'
log between 16" and 20" in diameter. A list of acceptable wood types from your
area will follow your signed contract. The quality of these logs will directly
affect the quality of the sculptures, as well as the auction total.

Single Professional Artist Shows: Artist will perform 4 - one hour demonstrations daily, within an 8 - hour period. This attraction produces 4 - hours of entertainment and up to 4 - sculptures daily.
Single Professional Artist Shows with Finish Detail: Artist will perform 4 - one hour, demonstrations daily. Artist or finish man will refine each sculpture for approximately one hour, between sculpting demonstrations. This attraction produces almost 8 - hours of entertainment daily. It also produces up to 4 - nicely finished sculptures daily. More refined sculptures will generally result in higher auction totals.
Single Intermediate Artist Shows: Artist will perform 3 one-hour demonstrations daily, within an 8 - hour period. This attraction produces 3 hours of entertainment daily and up to 3 - sculptures per day. (Depending on scheduling, a professional artist may be used)
Single Artist as Entertainment only: (Limited to fairs with a daily population of more than 4,000) Artist will perform randomly throughout each day. Artist will have the right to sell their work at the event. This is LOGHOGGERS only option that is not a fund-raising event. Solely the artist attending your event owns all sculptures. Produces a minimum of 5 hours of entertainment daily.
The Lady LogHoggers: Require a minimum of 3 days. Options with 1, 2, or 3 of the ladies are available. This attraction is custom tailored to suit the needs of each individual event. Therefore prices must be quoted on an individual basis. Contact a LogHoggers representative for availability and your quote.
Invitational Chainsaw Sculpting Competition: "Grand Stand Quality Entertainment" that can last up to 8 hours per day throughout your event. Our competitions can be completely custom tailored to suit the needs of any event. They are theme based in order to fit in with the location in which they are held. 3 artists up to 15 artists competitions are available. Main event carving takes place 8 hours per day! Each day every competitive artists will also compete in a 1 1/2 hour quick carve competition! These carvings are sold by auction in order to help offset the cost of this attraction. This is a real media grabbing "High Performance Art" related attraction that is sure to leave your crowds amazed! Our smaller 3 artists shows consist of three 1 1/2 hour quick carve competitions daily and no main event carving. Due to variation, location and available dates events must be quoted on an individual basis. All competitions come with complete logistical support. Space and security at the location is all that is required of the event.
